NCCNA Vendor Bid Information

Currently, NCCNA holds its annual convention in Northern California on a rotating basis between San Jose, Santa Clara, and Sacramento. The convention is held every year in either the month of March or April. Since the first convention was held in 1979, when about 350 NA members attended, our convention has grown to be one of Narcotics Anonymous’ premier events in the world where 6,000 to 8,000 members celebrate recovery over a 4-day period, attending speaker and topic meetings, workshops, and various entertainment events.

Every year, the NCCNA committee, in the spirit of Narcotics Anonymous’ Twelve Traditions, executes contracts to procure the goods and services necessary for a successful event. The NCCNA committee seeks out professional organizations in the civic and business community for convention facilities and hotel rooms, security services, printers, graphic arts, and audio/visual. NA merchandise is so popular that the NCCNA committee contracts with jewelry and merchandise vendors for the sale of NA-approved memorabilia. NCCNA’s tradition of recording the NA message of every speaker requires a world-class vendor to record and sell CDs and tapes on-site and online.

If you are seeking an opportunity to submit a Request For Proposal (RFP) for one of NCCNA’s services, or want to inquire as to the specific requirements of a convention service, send an email to contracts@nccna.info email and an NCCNA committee member will respond to your inquiry.
