Host Subcommittee Volunteers

Host committee volunteers can be found throughout the convention facilities. Monitors will provide members with directions, Hospitality volunteers will staff the information tables, and Greeters will greet members as they come through the doors letting all know they are welcome.

Program Subcommittee Volunteers

Program committee volunteers staff the speaker and secretary check-in table, monitor the meetings for attendance to ensure safety, and provide all services necessary to make the meetings the wonderful experience NCCNA convention attendees have grown to expect.

Registration Subcommittee Volunteers

Registration volunteers staff the registration tables and insure that both those who have pre-registered and those who register at the convention receive the proper materials, tickets and information. Pre-event cash register training and a clean time requirement insure an efficient operation.

Entertainment Subcommittee Volunteers

Entertainment volunteers assist during all entertainment events by monitoring the entrances and exits, taking tickets at the door, helping members with seating, or by helping with directions for the entertainers. All volunteers at a ticketed event must have their own ticket for that event.

Merchandise Room Subcommittee Volunteers

Merchandise Room volunteers help to maintain a consistent supply of displayed merchandise, answer questions regarding sizes and colors available, and work at the cashier stations selling merchandise. Note: Pre-event cash register training and a clean time requirement are required for all cashiers.
